Preschool and Infant/Toddler Teachers
Under the general supervision of the Site Supervisor, the Teacher is responsible for providing a nurturing, supportive, and developmentally appropriate program. Principle responsibilities include supervision and ensuring the health and safety of all children.
Teacher Qualifications: Must possess or qualify for an Associate Teacher Child Development Permit.
Must be able to develop and implement weekly lesson plans. Must have some knowledge of DRDP assessments.
Will work as part of a teaching team so teamwork, flexibility and cooperative attitude are essential.
Pediatric First Aid and CPR certification.
Physically able to work with children (capable of bending, twisting and lifting at least 40 lbs.)
Must be flexible with classroom assignment and work hours between 6:45 a.m to 6:00 p.m.
Must have TB clearance and pass a health/drug screening and Community Care Licensing criminal background check
