Community Base Program

Our Community Base program is funded by parent fees and is available at both locations. It provides high-quality, year-round childcare for children from two years through kindergarten.  RCDC strives to keep its rates affordable and accepts County and other subsidized payment programs.

State-Subsidized Care The California Departments of Education and Social Services fund our subsidized programs, which serve children ages three months to kindergarten entry. All families must meet state eligibility guidelines, and enrollment is based on income and need.
