Community Base Program
Our Community Base program is funded by parent fees and is available at both locations. It provides high-quality, year-round childcare for children two years through kindergarten. We are currently offering "virtual kindergarten" where our staff facilitates your child's participation in their local school district virtual learning program. RCDC strives to keep its rates affordable and accepts County and other subsidized payment programs.

State-Subsidized Care The California Department of Education funds our subsidized program, which serves children ages three months to kindergarten entry. All families must meet state eligibility guidelines, and enrollment is based on income and need.
