Redlands Child Development Center believes that parental involvement improves our programs and their child's education. Research has shown the extent of parent involvement in a child's education is more important to a child's success than family income or education. RCDC encourages parent involvement as an essential component of our program and has established the Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) to help parents get involved.
Members of the Parent Advisory Committee are encouraged to check the events section and notice boards at each site for meeting information.
PAC meetings (currently virtual) are held at least quarterly during the year, and all parents are invited to attend. For those interested in more involvement than attending the meetings, there are committee positions including the following:

Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
We are aware of your varied interests, time constraints, and limited availability and that's why Redlands Child Development Center offers a wide variety of opportunities for you to be involved.
